1. Who we are

Rebloom is an AI-based garden design platform that lets users visualize and plan their outdoor space. The site operates at rebloom.garden.

2. Information we collect

Account details — your email address and display name when you sign up (or the name and email provided by Google when you sign in with Google).
Photos and designs — photos you upload and the designs you create. They are stored securely and used solely to provide the service.
Usage data — actions on the site such as product views and clicks, likes, designs created and clicks to shops, used to operate and improve the service and to measure performance.
Technical information — device type, browser and a one-way hashed version of your IP address (the IP address itself is not stored).
Advertising information — if you arrived from a Google ad, the ad click identifier, used to measure which ads lead to sign-ups and purchases.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage in three categories. Essential ones are needed for the site to work and are always active. Analytics and Advertising ones are active by default and can be turned off at any time in . Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked before Google's analytics and advertising cookies are used.

When analytics is turned off, we still count actions on the site in aggregate, without identifiers that recognize you across visits.

4. Analytics, advertising and affiliate links

Google Analytics helps us understand how the site is used. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Google Ads — we advertise Rebloom with Google Ads and measure which ads lead to actions on our site, such as creating an account or clicking through to a shop. We may also use Google's remarketing to show our ads to people who visited Rebloom. You can turn this off in , and manage Google's ads at Google Ad Settings.
Affiliate links — many "Shop" links are affiliate links (marked "paid link"), for example through the Awin network. When you click one, the affiliate network and the shop may set their own cookies to record that you came from Rebloom, and we may earn a commission if you buy. We pass a reference for the click (not your name or email) so a sale can be attributed. Those cookies are governed by the network's and the shop's own privacy policies.
Sign in with Google — if you choose it, Google shares your name, email and profile picture with us.

5. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information for money. Using advertising cookies with Google, as described above, may be considered "selling" or "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising under some US state laws. You can opt out at any time with ("Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"). We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser as an opt-out of advertising.

Aggregated performance data (such as numbers of clicks and views) may be shared with retailers whose products are listed on the site, only as statistics without personally identifying information.

We use service providers to operate the service (such as hosting, cloud storage, email and artificial intelligence). They process information on our behalf and are required to keep it confidential.

Your information is stored on secure servers. IP addresses are stored only as a one-way hash that cannot be reversed. We take reasonable security measures to protect the information. We keep account data while your account exists, and usage data as long as needed to operate and improve the service.
